A Slower-Paced Exercise Program Than Sit & Be Fit II, This Class Focuses on Light Weight Training & Core Strengthening for Balance & Is Ideal for Individuals Who Use Canes & Walkers
 

Sit & Be Fit II – Tuesday & Thursday at 12:00 p.m.

Improves Balance, Posture, Flexibility, & Coordination through Chair Aerobics, Standing Exercises, Light Weight Training, & Core Strengthening
 

Senior Fitness – Monday at 10:15 a.m. & Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.

Improves Balance, Posture, Flexibility, & Coordination through Low-Impact Aerobics, Power Walking, Free Weights, & Core Training with the Flexibility & Therapeutic Ball (Bring Mat & Flexibility Ball)
 

Personal Training – Available by Appointment Only Monday – Saturday
