Senior Fitness – Monday at 10:15 a.m. & Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Improves Balance, Posture, Flexibility, & Coordination through Low-Impact Aerobics, Power Walking, Free Weights, & Core Training with the Flexibility & Therapeutic Ball (Bring Mat & Flexibility Ball)
Personal Training – Available by Appointment Only Monday – Saturday
